PERSONAL STATEMENT: Scott has been with the Law Firm of Arnold & Arnold, LLP since 1998. Scott’s practice focuses on mechanic’s lien law, verified claims, commercial collections and construction law.

Before joining the firm of Arnold & Arnold, Scott practiced law in Wisconsin. His practice included acting as an assistant city attorney where he dealt with municipal issues, drafting ordinances and prosecution of city ordinance violations.

Scott comes from a construction background, being employed in the family business before entering law school. He is familiar with job site issues on a first hand basis and has been involved in every phase of home construction. Thus Scott is knowledgeable about the specific and distinct needs of the construction industry.

Scott was admitted to practice in Wisconsin in 1994 and in Colorado in 1998. He is admitted before the United States District Court, District of Colorado and the United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit. Scott received his Juris Doctor from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1992 where he graduated Cum Laude. Scott received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1989 from the University of Wisconsin – Parkside where he double majored in Political Science and Economics.
