Alice C. Ford, Office Manager

Alice has been with Arnold & Arnold, LLP since its inception in 1994, and was Jean Arnold’s legal secretary for nine years before that. Her career with Jean Arnold has taken her from legal secretary to paralegal to the position she now holds at Arnold & Arnold, LLP as Office Manager.

Alice graduated from Massasoit Community College in Massachusetts with Associates degrees in Liberal Arts and Paralegal Studies and has been working in the legal field for over twenty years. She grew up in the suburbs of Boston and visited Colorado on vacation in 1984.  She loved it here so much that she left the East Coast behind in favor of life in the Rocky Mountains.

Alice has been married for over 18 years to Bil Ford, a musical instrument repair technician.

Candace Mitchell, Paralegal

Candace has been with Arnold & Arnold, LLP since it was formed in 1994, and previously Candace had been Jean Arnold’s paralegal for seven years before that.  Candace received her paralegal certificate from Metropolitan State College and was a title examiner before joining Jean in 1987.  Jean and Candace have worked together for over 20 years.

Debbie Neys, Paralegal

Debbie has been with Arnold & Arnold, LLP since May of 1998. Debbie graduated from Arapahoe Community College in Littleton, Colorado in the spring of 1995 with an Applied Science Paralegal degree.

Cheryl Shoop, Office Clerk & Purchasing Agent

Cheryl has been with Arnold & Arnold, LLP since December 1998. She does general office work, takes care of the files and does the purchasing of supplies for the office. She has worked in the office environment since the late 1960’s.

Cheryl is originally from California and eventually made her way to Colorado by February 1984. Cheryl’s favorite activities are to spend time with her husband, draw and paint (mostly watercolors), watch sappy or mystery movies, take scenic trips through the Rockies & around the Denver area, listen to music & play computer games (especially Free Cell), eat Chinese or Mexican take-out.  She has adopted beautiful Colorado as her permanent home.

Marie Williamson, Paralegal

Marie has been with Arnold & Arnold, LLP since February, 2008. Marie graduated from Pikes Peak Community College’s Paralegal program in 2006 and has over 20 years work experience in the Real Estate and Title Insurance industries. Marie also has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work from Olivet Nazarene University in Kankakee, Illinois.

Marie is originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan and moved to Colorado in 1980; and her favorite activities revolve around watching sports, traveling and playing computer games.

Vicki Van Sittert, Paralegal

Vicki has been a valuable member of Arnold & Arnold, LLP since 2001. She specializes in litigation support for the Construction Law litigators in the firm.

Vicki graduated from Arapahoe Community College with an Associates Degree in Paralegal studies in 1997 and worked for small “mountain” firms before joining Arnold & Arnold.

Vicki also has an Associates Degree in Applied Science for Art. In between degrees she worked in the high-end restaurant/catering business which included a client named John Lennon of the Beatles.

Vicki grew up in the Adirondacks of upstate New York and moved to Colorado in 1972 for the mountains and powder skiing. She had the joy of living, working, and skiing in Vail, Colorado for a total 10 years.
